Free shipping is provided on orders of $70 or more. This excludes Teacher Training Materials and orders shipping to US Territories or APO addresses.
Orders under $70 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7.
All orders are expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, depending on the quickest and cheapest rate for the order & address.
Customers will be emailed a tracking number as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.
If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is unclaimed, additional shipping fees will apply. All customers who have a package that must be re-delivered will be charged additional shipping fees.
Orders including Teacher Training materials or shipping to other United States Territories or APO addresses will ship from Canada, will be charged the actual price of postage calculated at checkout, and may be subject to customs or duties fees upon delivery. Shipping delays may apply.

Please note that all orders containing Teacher Training Material will be subject to a flat shipping rate of $12 regardless of the total order value. These orders are shipped from the Head Office in Montreal, QC via Canada Post. Customers will be emailed the tracking number as soon as the order leaves the offices.

DVDs & Books: Returns are accepted on unopened DVDs that are still in their original cellophane packaging and on books in perfectly new condition (no creases, folds, tears, or marks)—for up to 30 days after the purchase was made. Refunds will not be available for DVDs that have been removed from their plastic wrapping.
Digital E-Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Instructor Certification Material: All Instructor Certification material (including Manuals and Pre-Choreographed Workouts PCWs) is final sale and will not be refunded, credited or exchanged.
Streaming Membership: The regular return policy does not apply to monthly and annual streaming memberships. All monthly and annual streaming subscription purchases are final.
Refunds: The amount of the original order (minus a minimum $7-10 shipping and handling fee) will be refunded within 30 business days of the shipping date. The amount will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage fees.
